We are constantly improving and updating the Service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, any part of the Service or its features at our sole discretion, with or without notice to you.
The Service is currently offered free of charge during our Early Access phase. However, we reserve the right to introduce fees, subscription models, or paid premium features in the future. We will provide reasonable advance notice of any upcoming pricing changes that affect your account. If you do not agree to the new fees, you will have the opportunity to export your data and cancel your account before such charges take effect.
You retain all rights and ownership to the data you submit to the Service. We do not claim ownership over your logs or entries. You may export your data at any time through the tools provided within the application or by contacting support@filmics.app.
Any financial contributions or donations made to support the Service are voluntary and non-refundable. Making a donation does not grant you equity, ownership, or guaranteed future access to premium features unless explicitly stated otherwise at the time of the transaction.
